Responsibilities:
- Introduce data in the personnel administration tool regarding any contract changes for employees (new staff, reinstatements, dismissals, extensions, data changes, organisational changes, etc.)
- Ensure the correct implementation and use of the time and attendance system
- Enter and control monthly payroll supplements, including the control of any amounts withheld for judicial reasons
- Implement modifications in employee profiles: relatives and dependents, functional diversity, bank accounts, addresses (with appropriate supporting documentation)
- Entry and control of absences (together with the supporting documentation)
- Control the signature of documentation by employees: employment contracts, personal income tax documentation, data protection, redundancy payments, etc
- Attend and respond to requests from employees regarding personnel administration
- Coordinate and ensure, together with the HoD, the correct registration of the number of hours worked by employees according to local legislation and the control systems available
- Sponsor of the digitalisation of HR/PA processes
