PAYROLL OFFICER - QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 4 years of experience in a fiduciary or law firm setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
- High proficiency in Excel is greatly appreciated.
- Key attributes include a strong sense of rigor and high motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the payroll process for 200 employees, ensuring precision and timely completion.
- Offer support and advice to employees regarding payroll issues and legal obligations.
- Maintain strict adherence to local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to enhance payroll procedures and improve efficiency.
- Manage a small number of administrative tasks related to contracts, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Enhance payroll management processes and optimize tax benefits to sustain market competitiveness.
