PAYROLL OFFICER - QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a fiduciary or law firm setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • High proficiency in Excel is greatly appreciated.
  • Key attributes include a strong sense of rigor and high motivation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the payroll process for 200 employees, ensuring precision and timely completion.
  • Offer support and advice to employees regarding payroll issues and legal obligations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to enhance payroll procedures and improve efficiency.
  • Manage a small number of administrative tasks related to contracts, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Enhance payroll management processes and optimize tax benefits to sustain market competitiveness.
