SENIOR PEOPLE ANALYST & INSIGHT LEAD – 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior People Analyst & Insight Lead to join our UK People Operations team based in Keynsham, Bristol (Hybrid working). In this role, you will create a structured approach to people data by using analytical methods to address challenges and shape solutions, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods.



      • You will also use data and evidence to address specific business questions and improve organisational decision-making on people issues across the organisation, combining People data with wider data sets to influence and contribute towards strategic decision making, by translating findings into actionable insights leading to continuous improvement.

      EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Experience in HR, data analysis, or a related field, with a strong track record of using People data to drive insight generation and business decisions.
      • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using HRIS/HCM cloud-based systems such as Dayforce, along with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel & SQL advantageous but not essential.
      • A good understanding of HR Strategy and disciplines
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable insights
      • Ability to draw conclusions and create data visualisation tailored the audience from raw data
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation
      • Strong strategic partnering and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience of undertaking research & benchmarking proven experience working in a complex organisation that requires detail orientation, sound judgment and strong analytical skills.
      • Strong written, verbal communication and influence skills
      • Confident & Impactful acting with integrity and humility
      • A good understanding of Data Integrity
      • Great organisational ability and attention to detail
      • Ability to bring others on the journey and help people understand the ‘why’
      • Detail-oriented and organised, with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
      • University Degree or Masters in HR Data and Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, Statistics, or a related discipline and a number of years experience in data and statistical analysis preferred.

        Responsibilities:

        KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

        • Develop a roadmap with senior HR leaders regarding the timing and scope of additional phases to enable more advanced reporting and ultimately support strategic/ advanced analytics.
        • Help to develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
        • Coach and provide feedback to the People Data Analyst that furthers their ability to understand the business context and leverage more sophisticated statistical software and tools.
        • Be responsible for generating presentations/visualisations that draws conclusions from multiple data analyses (e.g., compiling findings into comprehensive, easy-to-access reports for executive members of the company and key HR partners such as Talent Acquisition etc.
        • Leverage expertise in data visualisation software and problem-solving skills to tell a story with data.
