Description:

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior team members to identify key business questions and hypotheses, employing advanced consulting techniques to prioritize analytical projects effectively.
  • Data Harmonization and Insight Generation: Aggregate data from diverse systems to derive actionable insights spanning the entire talent lifecycle. Use the power of storytelling to deliver recommendations that empower customers to make informed talent decisions.
  • Custom Data Modeling: Develop and deploy customized data models tailored to strategic priorities and ad-hoc requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Governance and Prioritization: Lead the scoping and prioritization of data requests, establishing robust governance protocols to streamline operations.
  • Automation and Self-Service Enablement: Collaborate with the people analytics team to find opportunities for automation and self-service. Proactively improve customers’ data literacy and empower them to access insights autonomously.
  • Sponsor Engagement: Engage sponsors to champion key projects, encouraging a culture of support and collaboration across the organization.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • HR Analytics Experience: Demonstrated track record in scoping, building, and delivering impactful people analytics projects, with a deep understanding of industry standard processes.
  • Statistical Modeling: Expertise in developing and applying advanced statistical models to analyze complex datasets, uncovering patterns and trends that inform strategic decision-making. Proficient in various statistical techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling. Skilled in using statistical software and programming languages to build robust models that drive actionable insights and improve organizational outcomes.
  • Project Management: Consistent record of leading multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional collaborators, delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
  • Insightful Communication: Ability to distill complex analytical outputs into actionable insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences, using advanced storytelling techniques.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with HR technology, including people analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Global Collaboration: A global understanding of team members’ data accessibility needs and a willingness to collaborate with customers at all organizational levels, fostering a culture of inclusivity.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Confirmed ability to proactively identify and address challenges, consistently delivering measurable results that drive organizational success.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent experience.
  • 7 or more years of experience in HR data reporting and analytics roles, preferably with a consulting background
