Responsibilities:

  • Advise and coach group leaders on employee relations, performance management, change management, engagement, and legal compliance.
  • Drive and develop P&C projects, process improvements, and data management efforts to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Guide group managers on P&C policies and best practices to resolve issues and enhance employee experience.
  • Work and collaborate closely with local and group P&C colleagues to deliver seamless P&C services for group employees.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process for group functions by helping to attract talented individuals who align with our business needs and culture.
  • Champion Foxway culture by fostering a positive and engaging work environment rooted in our core values.
  • Contribute and collaborate to efforts impacting diversity, equity and inclusion to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and able to thrive.
