Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior People Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people practices and driving engagement across the Trust as well as being integral to working on the Trust priorities and making a difference to how our service operate and perform. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice on HR matters, developing talent management strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation which is our focus for the upcoming year. Your strategic insight will be vital in aligning HR initiatives with our organisational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement People strategies that align with the Trust’s goals.
Be the instigator of continuous improvement and innovation and always seeking better ways of working.
Provide expert guidance on people related matters
Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity across the Trust.
Analyse People metrics to inform decision-making and improve people practices.
Drive change management initiatives and support leaders through periods of transition.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
