ABOUT THE ROLE
Colleagues are at the forefront of everything we do. Our business success is directly related to the extent to which our colleagues are engaged; our positive culture and focus on staff development – including our successful graduate programme – are critical to retention of technical expertise in a highly mobile market. With strong engagement levels our challenge now is to combine and harness that goodwill in a new, merged organisation in a 2+2=5 story.
The role will initially focus on building a new People team (a blend of existing resource and one new role), capable of supporting the organisation at the point the previous owner’s HR team step out of the picture. As part of a small team the role will be required to provide day to day HR support as well as leadership oversight. As a member of our cyber senior leadership team, the successful candidate is also expected to play their full part in strategic planning, leadership development, acquisitions and reporting. However, the role will not be without support– you will be part of GRC’s HR forum – a support and best practice network for divisional HR managers - and have access to technical experts in HR Law, HR, H&S and recruitment through our Worknest division

The role will focus on:
- Strategic Partnership
- Management & Executive Support
- Employee Relations
- International Employees
- Recruitment & Selection
- Colleague Engagement
- Performance and Development
- Projects and Strategy
- Change Management
