QUALIFICATIONS
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
- 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in Denmark, with a solid knowledge of Scandinavian/Danish employment law.
- Experience supporting business units of 100+ employees, acting as the key advisor to leaders on driving performance and engagement in their respective teams, offering data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and the overall employee experience.
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to implement organisational changes effectively. You have proven that you can drive change at scale, through leaders and great relationships with teams.
- A passion for Learning and Development, including experience hosting workshops and facilitating leadership training on a variety of leadership topics and people management concepts.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders, with confidence in offering strategic recommendations.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to leveraging new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Bonus: Experience in consulting or business partnering within a tech or product organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our People Business Partners play a key role in driving our company’s strategy and implementing People processes. They are dedicated to improving engagement, performance, development, and retention across Lenus. This role focusses on supporting our diverse and dynamic teams at scale, ensuring every colleague thrives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Culture and Engagement: Shape strategies that uphold our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and core values, using insights from monthly engagement surveys to inform action plans that enhance the employee experience. Your work will ensure that working with Lenus is more than a job - it’s a meaningful journey.
- Growth and Development: Collaborate with teams to design and deliver impactful training and development programs, specifically supporting leaders through 1:1 coaching, facilitating peer learning sessions, and collaborating with relevant centers of excellence for material creation and delivery. As a senior team member, you will also mentor and guide junior colleagues in the People Business Partner team.
- Organisational Change: Act as a key advisor during periods of transformation, navigating the rapid changes inherent in a scaling organisation. Support leaders and employees through transitions with empathy and strategic insight.
- People Data and Decision Making: Leverage our robust people data and insights, to inform strategic decisions that enhance the wellbeing and effectiveness of our teams and the overall organisation.
- Strategic Talent Management: Lead key initiatives that support our talent and people agenda, including our annual Performance and Development Feedback Cycles, succession planning and hiring processes. Help identify and support key hires across the organisation.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Together with our amazing People Operations team, ensure that we are kept up to date with industry best practices and adherence to employment regulations, proactively addressing compliance matters.
