JOB SUMMARY:

We seek a passionate Senior People Development to join our team! In this role, you will be key in building and maintaining a comprehensive learning ecosystem that empowers employees with the product, knowledge, and customer value expertise they need to excel. You will collaborate closely with various teams, to ensure our learning resources are up-to-date, engaging, and effective.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, or Knowledge Management.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging learning content (e.g., presentations, online modules).
  • Strong research and information-gathering skills.
  • An avid user of Google Suite applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and organize internal resources (documents, videos, etc.) on product knowledge, customer value, and relevant domains.
  • Craft engaging learning modules using a variety of formats (e.g., presentations, interactive exercises, simulations) but not limited to exploring partnerships with external learning provider
  • Continuously update and refine existing learning materials based on feedback and changing needs.
  • Develop and administer pre-and post-tests to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Analyze learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance the learning experience and to ensure learning content aligns with overall business goals.
