Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards that support decision-making and continuous improvements, delivering regular and ad-hoc reports with actionable insights.
  • Drive workforce planning and staff cost forecasting in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accurate and reliable budget projections.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify reporting and analytics needs, conducting in-depth analyses to define and document actionable requirements.
  • Work closely with the leadership team and People Business Partners to assess and develop workforce diagnostics, helping to align people strategies and decision-making with business goals.
  • Identify and address inconsistencies in people data by working with cross-functional teams, improving data quality, reliability and usability.
  • Present insights using impactful data visualizations, turning complex data into compelling narratives that drive action.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to empower People team stakeholders to independently generate reports and dashboards, reducing dependency on centralized analytics support.
