Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People Manager to lead our people-focused initiatives and foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and continuous development.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for people, a deep understanding of organisational psychology, and hands-on experience managing front-line teams.
As a Senior People Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our people strategy, ensuring that our employees feel supported, valued, and inspired to thrive within our organisation.
This role is an integral part of the People Team and reports directly into the Chief People Officer.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field is required.
- Professional certifications in HR or People Management (e.g., CIPD, etc.) are an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a People Management or Human Resources leadership role, with at least 3 years in a front-line management capacity.
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- Proven success in building, developing, and managing diverse teams across various functions.
- Demonstrated experience in driving people-centric strategies and programs that positively impact employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Experience working on a human capital management system (Bamboo HR preferred)
