Why this role is important to us
As a Regional Senior People and Mobility Consultant, you will have a dual role, providing services within the global mobility, as well as service delivery teams. You will be part of our Global Mobility team which consists of 4 people located across Europe supporting our global organisation.

You will have the opportunity to build a network across different teams within People and Culture globally and work with external vendors to improve services and reduce spending.
What you will be responsible for:
- Administer and advise on all regional mobility cases.
- Partner with external immigration counsel on visa and relocation matters.
- Maintain close contact with employees to ensure satisfaction.
- Carry out core employee lifecycle activities and end-to-end HR business processes both face to face and in Workday (hire, onboarding, absence, terminations etc.).
- Process transactions in HR it system (Workday) and maintain data quality.
- Draft binding employee documents, including employment contracts and special agreements.
- Support leave of absence processes, providing an overview of available plans.
- Identify areas for service/process optimization.
- Participate in various projects as part of the Global P&C team.
What we value:

- Good working knowledge of local and regional employment law and immigration law.
- Understanding of global mobility packages and relocation services.
- Preferred proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Workday.
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus, but not a requirement.
