SENIOR PEOPLE OPERATIONS PARTNER AT ZERONORTH

We’re looking for a skilled Sr. People Operations Partner with international experience and black belt in Danish employment law to support our expansion from a people process, policy, and experience perspective.
This is a global role, based out of our HQ in Copenhagen. This means that apart from working with our Danish colleagues, you will be working across our locations, including having a close collaboration with our People team in India.
As we continue to build a sustainable organisation where we can all thrive, grow and succeed together, this role plays an instrumental part.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and consistent transition.
  • Serve as a welcoming resource for new employees, answering questions and clarifying processes.
  • Manage incoming inquiries to the People team, ensuring prompt, informative responses.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date People data within the HRIS, monitoring for consistency and integrity.
  • Assist with day-to-day People related administrative tasks with a high degree of diligence and organisation.
  • Work closely with our colleagues in Finance and Legal to continue to strengthen our solid collaboration and cross-departmental processes.
  • Collaborate with People Enablement Partner to ensure that employee templates (contracts, addendums, etc), processes, guidelines and handbooks are regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with current best practices and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Leadership Partner to evaluate and track the organisational impacts of personnel changes, such as team reassignments, manager updates, and department shifts.
