We are hiring a Senior People Operations Specialist to help us scale our People Operations processes including but not limited to Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Workplace and Diversity & Inclusion. You will be a key member of the People Operations team focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience and driving efficiencies across the People Operations, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Workplace and Diversity & Inclusion teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great customer service skills and broad knowledge of HR programs and processes across the employee lifecycle.

Act as the escalated point of contact for questions and processes across various COEs including Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Workplace, Employee Experience, and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

- Knowledge of general HR programs and processes across the employee lifecycle Previous experience working in Workday & ServiceNow is highly desired
- Experience working in a high-speed, global technology company preferred Previous experience in remotely onboarding and working remotely is highly preferre
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Answer and transact on Tier 2 inquiries, processes and requests through our case management platform, ServiceNow, while appropriately escalating complex cases to the appropriate COE.
- Support on & lead regional and global projects as required
- Support process optimization and project management for processes and transactions moving to People Operations.
- Support reporting needs for various COE groups
- Utilize Workday & ServiceNow data to identify inquiry trends and operational weaknesses.
- Translate trends into action plans with the goal of improving employee experience & self-service Document operational processes (Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Workplace, Employee Experience and Diversity & Inclusion) and determine which processes can be managed by our offshore Manilla team
- Partner with the COE to understand upcoming strategy, policy and program changes Maintain and update Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Workplace and Diversity & Inclusion related wiki pages Support Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, and Workplace audits as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Required Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred Minimum 3 years experience in a HR Operations, Generalist or Specialist role.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, take initiative and meet multiple deadlines.
- Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions across EMEA would be advantageous
