MaintainX is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior People Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a key partner in enhancing the company’s people processes and delivering on strategic HR initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, leading process improvements, ensuring compliance, and providing expert-level support to both employees and leadership. In addition, you will be involved in managing and optimizing our Total Rewards offerings to help ensure they remain competitive and aligned with employee needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HRIS management, ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with regulations.
  • Lead smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a positive experience for new hires and seamless transitions for departing employees.
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure flawless payroll processing and address compensation-related matters with precision.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative HR processes that enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience.
  • Design and launch new HR policies and tools that promote company growth and foster a thriving, employee-centric culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for HR policies and employee relations, providing guidance and resolving complex issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies by meticulously maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Leverage HR data and metrics to provide leadership with strategic, actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Shape competitive compensation, benefits, and talent management programs to ensure equitable and attractive offerings across the company.
  • Partner on compensation initiatives, including salary structures, bonuses, and equity programs, ensuring competitive, fair, and consistent compensation practices across the organization.
  • Mentor and inspire junior People team members, cultivating a culture of growth, collaboration, and shared success.
