Responsibilities:

By 2026 World Vision aims to undergo a significant cultural transformation and become an agile organization to deliver on Our Promise. The People and Organization Capability (POC) team is a global center of expertise that will play a significant part in helping the organization achieve that goal. However, to become an effective catalyst for developing an agile people development ecosystem across the Partnership, the POC team must become an agile organization itself - focus on the customer, work in rapid cycles and embrace continuous improvement as an operating model.
For that purpose, we have created a new role - a Senior People Advisor. Each Advisor will “own” delivery of the POC’s expertise to one or more of the World Vision’s various entities (including VFI). It is a senior and critical customer-facing role that will provide consulting, co-creation, and contextualization of global solutions to those entities and rapid delivery and feedback. This leader will also play a crucial role in co-creating POC’s solutions. Therefore, a significant part of the role includes owning a strategic area of expertise and collaborating with others in agile teams on creating new solutions.
