We’re searching for a Senior People Partner Supporting our Field Sales organisation in Europe. This role will play a crucial role in success of this critical sales channel. You will own and be a strategic business partner to the sales leaders from the talent perspective: developing people processes, coaching leaders, providing input and execulting changes inorganizational design, leading talent & feedback processes, managing & using data to provide insights and together with Field Sales leadership team building a high performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Field Sales leadership team to understand business goals and develop people strategies that support these goals
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive team culture and a sense of belonging
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of people programs and processes across the organisation
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on people-related issues, including employee relations, talent development, and change management
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure the organisation has the right talent in the right roles, at the right time
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management, and bring new ideas to the organisation
