Description:
As a Senior People Relations Specialist you will build a strong connection with the local business by consulting on all People Relations matters. Your expertise in Compensation and Benefits will be crucial in designing and implementing tailored compensation strategies and benefits programs to support our global growth. You will collaborate closely with managers and employees at both local and global levels to establish adaptive organizational structures and processes that align with our culture and relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE
️ People Relations Specialist by Heart: Act as a People Relations all-rounder by supporting all employee-related matters from onboarding to offboarding. Ensure a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle, addressing concerns, facilitating smooth transitions, and maintaining strong, supportive relationships with all team members. You’ll also collaborate with external parties like our tax office.
️ Compensation and Benefits Program Optimization: You will take responsibility for all matters related to Compensation & Benefits and develop new, modern strategies in close collaboration with your international colleagues in the DACH region.
️ Contract management: Elementary part of your daily business is the handling of contract management (e.g. the preparation and regular review of legal adjustments). Be the go-to-person for labor law issues, both internally and externally.
️ Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant regulations and laws. Assist in maintaining records and documentation required for legal compliance.
THE FOLLOWING WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
️ several years of relevant experience in HR/People & Culture and strong knowledge of German labor law
️ expertise in compensation and benefits, particularly in optimizing and improving programs
️ knowledge of contemporary remuneration models and systems as well as current trends
️ a people-oriented approach with a focus on employee well-being and excellent collaboration skills
️ curiosity about a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities within People & Culture environment
️ clear and concise communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade others while understanding their perspectives
️ full professional German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
