Summary
We are looking for a Senior People Services Advisor to our Turku office with flexibility work remotely. You will be a part of the Nordic People Service team within our Nordic People Team. Maybe this is a great opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience in the People area?
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supporting People Managers with Workday which is our core HR system (WD) e.g., data changes, internal movements, onboarding, termination etc.
- Support in recruitment process in WD incl. cross boarder hiring
- Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting responsibilities to various stakeholder internally and externally
- WD data quality housekeeping
- General support to people managers and colleagues when needed
- Taking care of queries in our People Services Hub (our ticketing system) from colleagues and managers and work across countries when needed.
- Preparing and taking care of personnel files, including e-signings and archiving completed documents.
- Participating in running & coordinating our cyclical people processes such as Engagement Survey, development discussions, salary reviews, performance reviews etc.
- Acting as local SME for Payroll
- Participate in, and sometimes lead, projects for our Nordic People Team
Qualifications
- Experience & knowledge of HR IT systems, especially Workday is an advantage.
- Work experience from HR administrative roles.
- A methodical and organized approach to work is essential with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with every aspect of work.
- Bachelor degree in relevant area or longer work experiences within HR administrative roles.
As a person you are
- Fluent and well-formulated both in writing and orally in English and Finnish.
- Good at establishing strong relationships.
- Open for testing new tasks.
- Be able to stay calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to tolerate change and ambiguity.
