  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or employee records management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Provides transactional and administrative support to the P&C processes and related day-to-day document management workflows. Supports People & Culture teams, including People Operations, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Digital & Analytics to ensure employee records are updated and processes followed. Ensures employment information is documented, stored, and maintained within the relevant document management system. Ensures employee & people leader questions are addressed accurately and on time, escalating and properly routing complex/sensitive issues to the appropriate individual or department.

  • Supports the end-to-end implementation of the HR document management system
  • Maintain and update employee records in our system.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reporting.
  • Supports migrating existing HR documents into the new system, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Helps to coordinate training programs for P&C teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective use of the new system.
  • Collaborating with Legal on compliance and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Tests new workflows, modules, and functionality.
  • Instructs users on system application and functionality.
  • Monitors the timeliness of all activities, resolving conflicting priorities and resource allocation issues.
