Description:
This post provides an opportunity for an experience d People S ervice M anager with experience of managing workforce change, to join our team and further develop their experience of workforce transformation and planning with an agile working model to allow flexibility between home and office-based working within the Health Board.
The post holder will ensure creation of the organisations strategic Integrated Workforce Plan within the IMTP which is integral both to NHS Wales and the organisation’s strategic direction and its intent to deliver a rebalanced appropriate and affordable workforce.
To promote the importance and benefits along with the Heads of People Services of long term integrated workforce planning (up to 5 years) across the Health Board. Supporting the delivery of the organisation integrated medium term plan to ensure that the impact of workforce planning and supply of new trainees through the education commissioning process and system are considered as an holistic and ongoing process this will involve analysis of a highly complex information as part of this process.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous working knowledge of workforce planning in the healthcare sector, with f ormal project management training or relevant experience, have h ighly specialised knowledge of one or more HR topics with a CIPD qualification.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
