Title and Summary
Senior People Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior People Specialist to join our People & Capability team. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department while also assisting with various people-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Role:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the HR department, including assist in payroll related topics, vendor management,
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and that new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • HR Reporting: Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics, analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Policy Implementation: Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are informed and engaged with HR initiatives.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and the overall enhancement of the HR function.

All About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR administrative role, with a focus on people operations and employee support.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
