Description:

The PSFT team is responsible for development, customization and support of PeopleSoft application where is serviced main general ledger for almost all entities in NN Group. It is used by NN internal customers in 10 countries, power users are mainly from Finance departments. We are the team of developers, administrators and functional engineer with base in NN IT HUB Prague.
We are in close cooperation with the Business Support Team consisting of functional business analysts located in Bucharest. Would like to become part of the great group of people and enthusiasts into the PeopleSoft technologies? Do not hesitate to read further.
As the PeopleSoft Senior Developer, you will contribute and lead development activities for the PeopleSoft platform. You will ensure that LCM, Change and operations of PeopleSoft is under control. You will translate business requirements to technical changes.

What would be your main responsibilities?

  • Analyze requirements and based on functional design create or change code or configuration of Peoplesoft application via Application Designer and other Peoplesoft related tools.
  • Provide incidents analysis and resolution on a day-to-day basis. Make sure the incidents are resolved within agreed SLA. Provide incident reporting and co-ordinate incident priorities.
  • Execute complex incident post analyses and identify problem management candidates. Lead problem root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Lead the development of new Peoplesoft functionality.
  • Effectively use ServiceNow or other ticketing tool and lead the maintenance and support process improvement.
  • Continuously increase technical knowledge of PeopleSoft.
  • Supervise junior and medior developers, maintain and develop their skills.
  • Lead the SW and configuration documents maintenance and update.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft or relevant ERP system.
  • Proficiency in Peoplesoft Application Designer and ORACLE BI Publisher is a must.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a must, Oracle SQL is an advantage.
  • Technical knowledge of PeopleSoft SW architecture is required.
  • Ability to translate accounting and financial processes to technical implementation is big advantage.
  • Knowledge of CAPI or other LCM tooling for PeopleSoft is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows OS is an advantage.
  • Experience with Image upgrades.
  • Experience with Integration broker, web services.
