Description:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Proven digital and graphic design skills. The Performance Designer will be able to demonstrate their concepting and design skills across a portfolio of brands and have an ability to share that expertise with others.
Expertise in delivering work for social and digital channels, with an eye on performance metrics.
A passion for design and technology, and will stay up to date on market trends. You’ll constantly be looking for ways to improve performance, and making it happen.
A curiosity about performance and optimisation. You’ll be driven by understanding our audiences and getting under the skin of what resonates. You’ll champion testing, proactively finding opportunities to increase our insight and feeding that into strategy.
The ability to articulate your ideas, to sell a vision and the benefits, along with understanding broader business goals and strategy.
Technical skills in the Adobe suite and Figma.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE AT NEWDAY

We’re growing our inhouse agency, and we’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to help us elevate our creative ideation and output. Blending creative vision, critical thinking, channel expertise as well as technical expertise, the role will be pivotal to the expansion of our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative roles, a strong portfolio showcasing breadth of expertise, and able encourage both colleagues and customers. They will be an imaginative problem solver, tackling briefs across performance, brand and digital, and will be keen to push innovative thinking, working closely with Studio leadership to elevate the culture and processes of the team.
There is also an opportunity to support leadership through helping to craft the team culture, mentoring and line management.
