We’re seeking a Senior Performance Development Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Development Manager – Vehicle Performance, you will focus on multiple systems inclusive of but not limited to Vehicle Dynamics or NVH. This Role will work close with Function, Attribute & Simulation teams to ensure the most efficient development plan is in place.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands how Attribute & System tests fit within the overall attribute validation process
  • Engage in workstreams within multi-disciplined cross-functional attribute/system team
  • Be a key member of Performance Development Team
  • Deliver a robust Engineering DVP in line with the master asset timing plan.
  • Support Test Facility nomination.
  • Support Issue resolution
  • Ensure that the test asset is fit for purpose
  • Ensure data is captured during test inline with the test standard & ensuring it meets requirements.
