POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Senior Perfomance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a high-performing team to shape our online presence and drive growth across our digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include crafting and overseeing campaign execution, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization.

INDUSTRY & MARKET KNOWLEDGE

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Monitor competitors’ performance marketing strategies and adjust approaches to maintain a competitive edge.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Good understanding of DTC marketing, digital channels, and a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Proven experience in effectively managing paid advertising campaigns
• Good people management skills with experience in leading and managing a team.
• Experience working in startups is preferred.
  Working Schedule : Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
