We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
About the Team
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Paid Digital team, reporting to the Head of Paid Digital. The team values inclusivity highly and comprises six members with diverse backgrounds and expertise from various verticals. You will be acting as a go-to person for certain channels and markets while being able to support your colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, and revenue growth across various digital channels including search, social, display, and programmatic.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
Conduct thorough data analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE BELIEVE THAT YOU POSSESS:

Solid experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
Expertise in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising tools. Knowledge of tools such as Smartly is preferable.
Excellent understanding of SEM, PPC, SEO, ASO, and other performance marketing techniques.
A proactive, self-starting and inquisitive person who is comfortable with delivering results within a dynamic organization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the audiobook and e-book industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), including the ability to effectively leverage these tools for tracking, attribution, and optimizing app marketing campaigns.
