Responsibilities:
LOCATION OF THE ROLE: GERMANY/SPAIN/ROMANIA (REMOTE)
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at TrustYou, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Hotel Tech Report. You will be focused on driving high-quality leads and conversions through targeted paid advertising efforts. A key part of your role will involve continuously optimizing campaigns to improve performance, reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and maximize return on investment (ROI). Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
Understanding the sales cycle will be crucial, particularly in the SaaS enterprise environment where long sales cycles are common. You will need to align performance marketing strategies to support this extended sales process. Furthermore, cross-channel integration will be essential to ensure cohesive and seamless marketing efforts across all paid channels, supporting the company’s broader marketing objectives.
IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT BY….
- Campaign Development and Execution: Create, set up, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Hotel Tech Report, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Optimization and Testing: Implement A/B testing, optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for broader marketing initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the SaaS industry to continuously improve campaign strategies.
