PERSON SPECIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant PA experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a wider team.
  • Discretion and sensitivity around confidentiality.
  • Adaptable - Able to manage the team’s changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

To provide highly efficient PA support to the West End Investment Properties Team including the team head. This role will be working with a team of fee earners, ranging in seniority. From time to time they may be required to assist other members of the wider department.
This role is 4 days onsite, 1 day working from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extensive diary management with an understanding of the team’s priorities – pro-actively manage the teams’ busy diaries, arranging both internal and client meetings, lunches and dinners. Booking meeting rooms.
  • Arranging domestic & international travel via our travel company. Arranging hotels and visas. Producing detailed itineraries.
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations from scratch to a high standard.
  • Amending and formatting reports.
  • Using CBRE’s finance systems to raise new projects and invoices. Undertaking revenue recognition submissions to ensures invoices are processed in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the creation of pitches and maintain team’s pitch schedule.
  • Processing expense claims.
  • Full management of e-filing.
  • Organise internal and client events both onsite and offsite.
  • Carrying out conflict of interest checks and anti-money laundering checks.
  • Collation and distribution of external client publications using an internal marketing tool.
