Responsibilities:

  1. Audits all processed transactions within the section to maintain accuracy.
  2. Reviews and processes all documents and answers employee’s inquiries related to employee’s benefits and contracts.
  3. Guides and trains Personnel staff, orients new employees, assists with performance evaluations of section’s staff as required.
  4. Ensures that proper and sufficient materials are available. Ensures that all equipment’s are functioning properly and takes remedial action to correct deficiencies.
  5. Processes interdepartmental transfers and promotions of employees.
  6. Meets with employees to discuss policy and benefits. Assists and directs employees for further assistance if necessary.
  7. Organizes and analyses documents to determine employee eligibility for benefits.
  8. Assists and directs Personnel Analyst regarding workloads. Ensures that output is completed in timely and proper manner.
  9. Reviews and recommends suggestions to update the IPP.
  10. Assists with development of software for Personnel transactions.
  11. Answers all inquiries related to the Oracle System testing phase.
  12. Tests transactions in the Oracle System in coordination with HITA and HR super users.

    1. Documents of the Oracle System testing and the auditing process.

    • Notifies departments about employees attaining Mandatory Retirement Age.
    • Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
    • Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
