Responsibilities:
- Audits all processed transactions within the section to maintain accuracy.
- Reviews and processes all documents and answers employee’s inquiries related to employee’s benefits and contracts.
- Guides and trains Personnel staff, orients new employees, assists with performance evaluations of section’s staff as required.
- Ensures that proper and sufficient materials are available. Ensures that all equipment’s are functioning properly and takes remedial action to correct deficiencies.
- Processes interdepartmental transfers and promotions of employees.
- Meets with employees to discuss policy and benefits. Assists and directs employees for further assistance if necessary.
- Organizes and analyses documents to determine employee eligibility for benefits.
- Assists and directs Personnel Analyst regarding workloads. Ensures that output is completed in timely and proper manner.
- Reviews and recommends suggestions to update the IPP.
- Assists with development of software for Personnel transactions.
- Answers all inquiries related to the Oracle System testing phase.
- Tests transactions in the Oracle System in coordination with HITA and HR super users.
- Documents of the Oracle System testing and the auditing process.
- Notifies departments about employees attaining Mandatory Retirement Age.
- Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
- Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
