Key requirements include:

• Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, public relations skills, and the ability to provide clear leadership, supervision, and training to professional and non-professional staff.
• Organisational and Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to work independently or under broad guidance, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to manage tight deadlines in a complex environment.
• Extensive Experience and Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in hospital pharmacy practice, including leadership or supervisory experience, and a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy standards and codes of practice.
• Problem-Solving and Teamwork: A demonstrated aptitude for research, data analysis, and developing strategies to improve service delivery, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide a high-level range of pharmacy services, exercising independent and autonomous judgement to deliver expert advice and information to hospital services, medical staff, nursing staff, and other health professionals. Your work will align with hospital policies, divisional procedures, and professional pharmacy standards to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-focused care.
