SENIOR PHARMACY ASSISTANT HOMECARE & PROCUREMENT

Band 3- permanent
37.5 hours per week
Due to invest in our homecare services an opportunity has arisen for a senior pharmacy assistant within our Pharmacy Procurement team specialising in Homecare.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the efficient processing of purchase orders, receipting and invoicing for homecare pharmaceutical products assisting the senior homecare technician.
They will support the Senior Pharmacy Technician-Homecare and Homecare Pharmacist in the coordination of homecare medicine services within Tameside ICONHSFT.
To be responsible for the efficient processing of purchase orders and invoicing for homecare pharmaceutical products within the pharmacy stock control system, as part of assisting the Senior Homecare Technician with the receipting of homecare pharmaceutical products. To support the Senior Pharmacy Technician-Homecare & High-cost drugs, Lead High-Cost Drugs and Homecare Pharmacist in the co-ordination of homecare medicines services within Tameside and Glossop ICONHSFT.
