Description:
The successful candidate will provide technical aspects of the pharmacy medicines management & medicines optimisation services. You will be based at one of the community team bases advertised in the post. You will be supported by a team of other pharmacy technicians, clinical pharmacists and pharmacy assistants. Appropriate training will be provided for all inhouse competencies related to the role.
