Salary: €62,038 - 73,048 per year + 30 days AL + 10 Bank h

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification recognized by CORU
- Registration with CORU (Health and Social Care Professionals Council)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in physiotherapy, with a strong background in MSK and/or domiciliary care
- Proficiency in managing a varied caseload with strong interpersonal and patient-centered care skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car for travel between sites and patient homes

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you a Senior Physiotherapist ready to make a difference in musculoskeletal (MSK) and domiciliary care? Join our client’s highly reputable Primary Care team in Roscommon, focusing on an adult population with a varied caseload across MSK conditions and in-home physiotherapy services. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life, traveling between primary care sites and patient homes to provide essential, personalised care in the community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients with MSK conditions and provide home-based care for clients with reduced mobility
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address a range of MSK issues, including joint, spine, and soft tissue conditions
- Conduct in-home physiotherapy sessions to support patients requiring domiciliary care, facilitating improved independence and daily function
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, nurses, and GPs, to ensure integrated, holistic patient care
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of patient progress and adhere to healthcare regulations and protocols
- Travel between various primary care sites and patient residences within Galway to meet community needs
