Description:

Do you want to optimize our production planning processes, ensuring smooth operations, and ensuring continuous improvements at our global production site in Præstø? And do you want to develop yourself professionally and personally in a global market leading company within global operations, supply chain and production? Then you might be our new colleague.
As our Senior Planner, you possess a keen aptitude for planning strategy development, the ability to work collaboratively, and a rich history of expertise in the realms of production scheduling and overseeing inventory. You will work at a strategic, tactical and operational level ensuring continuous production efficiency and effectiveness.
The team you will be part of
You will be based at our production site located in Præstø at the east coast of Zealand, Denmark with around 100 skilled colleagues within production, operation, supply chain and administration.
You should also expect to travel a few days a month to meet with your colleagues in Global Operations at our HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark.
You will be part of a smaller local team but will work alongside colleagues in a global setting, including the Global Planning Team in Ballerup.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will ensure:

  • Operational production planning and scheduling.
  • New product introduction planning and scheduling. Ramp-up/pipeline filling plan for new products.
  • Cross-organizational collaboration, especially regarding production projects, NPI, Sourcing, DFx etc.
  • Forecast evaluation.
  • Implementation and optimization of planning process
  • Inventory management and reporting.
  • End-of-life planning for discontinuing of products.
  • Excess and obsolescence management and reporting.
  • Continuous operation and process improvements.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • A higher educational background within operation, engineering, supply chain or other relevant fields of study.
  • Significant relevant expertise in production planning, process enhancements, and reporting, demonstrating a clear grasp of both strategic and operational interdependencies.
  • Experience with in advanced planning tools and ERP systems, such as Microsoft D365 is advantageous.
  • Well-developed stakeholder-, project-, and change management abilities from a complex environment.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing.
