Description:
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate interactions with managers and senior leaders across all capacity groups within Product Development
- Orchestrate capacity choices across the connected functions within Product Development to strike the optimal balance of performance, the Portfolio Plan, flexibility, and capacity
- Analyze and recommend solutions to complex situations within balancing portfolio planning and development capacity.
- Lead improvement initiatives for the D&OP process, including complex and ambiguous continuous improvement opportunities.
- Part of boosting a culture with increased empowerment, trust, and accountability for the overall goals – working by the philosophy that leadership is for everyone.
