Job Description

• Throughout the project’s cycle, create, review and maintain a precise project schedule aligned with contract requirements.
• Secure all contractual delay notice placed on time aligned with contract team.
• Maintaining high quality documents and records
• Visit the project site.
• Report on projects progress, forecasts to high management
• Conducts project team progress meetings (Internal and External)
• Communicate project status reports in both directions (Internal and External)
• Secure / Confirm an Extension of Time
• Understanding cause and effect

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management
• PMP Qualification is a must
• Expert use of IT systems (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Database, AutoCAD)
• Expert use of scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and MS Project)
• Strongly aware of planning methods like CPM ..etc.
• Experienced in delay analysis methods.
• Proficient in preparing project reports (Internal and External)
• Experienced in Extension of Time (Analysis and Narrative)
• Familiar with contracts forms
• Familiar with Construction Law, Civil Law
• Speaking, reading and writing English fluently
• Minimum 6-12 years of experience in the project planning and scheduling or project controls preferably in complex construction projects.
• Good familiarity with construction contracts forms
• UAE driving license
