As we continue to grow, the MF Freeman Group is seeking a Senior Planning Manager for our Homes division.
As a Senior Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our residential development projects, helping to fulfil our purpose of creating exceptional places to live. Reporting directly to the Head of Land and Planning, you will lead and manage the planning process from initial site identification through to securing planning consent and delivering high-quality, liveable communities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • MRTPI membership
  • Commercial planning knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders and Planning Authorities
  • Detail orientated and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team-orientated environment
  • A passion for sustainable development and creating vibrant communities
  • Full valid Driving Licence
