Responsibilities:
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE:
Join us at CLEVR as our Senior PLM Project Manager. Besides people planning across multidisciplinary teams for our clients and partners, you will manage the scope of multiple projects, including budget, time and the quality of each. This means you will set up project governance while managing expectations with various stakeholders on all levels internally and externally. You will also create a safe place to work for all consultants in your projects, making sure you identify and escalate risk in a timely manner, solving problems and taking appropriate actions when problems arise within the team, or among clients and/or suppliers. YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- People First: Work with multidisciplinary teams, planning and strategizing for our clients and partners.
- Problem Solver: Identify and address challenges within the team, with customers, or suppliers.
- Project Oversight: Manage time, budget, scope, and quality across multiple projects.
- Communication Matters: Engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Program Management: Oversee a portfolio of projects, acting as a program manager for a single customer.
- Real-world Solutions: Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to crafting implementation proposals.
- Project Governance: Set up project governance, managing expectations with stakeholders at all levels.
