Join the Close Brothers PMO Team where you will be responsible for providing pragmatic, informed support and assurance to all in-flight deliveries and associated stakeholders in relation to delivery governance across the portfolio to ensure successful delivery.
The role holder will support their PMO Lead and Head of ePMO in building out the PMO capability across their team and the Bank by identifying areas for common improvement, increased collaboration and knowledge sharing as well as acting as a mentor for junior members in the team.
The successful candidate should understand and be able to provide guidance on delivery governance processes, tools, structures at both a local and Bankwide level

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Relevant experience working in a delivery environment, preferably in a Financial Services environment.
• Able to demonstrate application of key PMO responsibilities, methods, disciplines, tools and analysis techniques, to monitor, control and report on Programmes and/or Projects.
• Familiar with methods and techniques for reporting progress and financial conformance against an agreed plan
• Familiar with principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation.
