Currently, we are looking for a Senior PMO with a proven track record of IT Transformation projects and min. 4 years’ experience in this role.

Aufgaben

Support of the program manager in planning, organization and implementation as well as the business management aspects.

• Support or management of the resource planning process for the program, clarification of personnel requirements with the program manager.
• Support in the creation and maintenance of the program structure plan, work packages and related agreements.
• Structuring and maintenance of program schedules including customer and supplier schedules, critical path determination, milestone trend analysis, etc.
• Schedule control and tracking of action lists.
• Supporting the risk and change management in the projects part of the program.
• Supporting the creation of the cost-to-completion in cooperation with the program controller for the program.
• Organization of program steering meeting
• Creation and presentation of results reports.
• Support of all usual necessary program management activities (internal and external) in consultation with the program manager.
• Further development of tailored program and project management methods:
• Supporting the program manager of the program in defining, developing, implementing and improving suitable project management tools, processes and templates for project management with the option of reuse for other projects. Presentation of new developments and improvement measures and implementation of the improvements.

Qualifikation

Experience in a similar project management, program management or PMO role for longer than 4 years.

• Experience with the common project management methods, best based on an official IPMA/PMP or similar certification
• Presentation skills
• Good analytical & communication skills
• High willingness to cooperate paired with great conflict solving ability
• Well organized working style
• Diplomatic, persuasive and self-confident appearance
