About the role
Coventry Building Society have an exciting new role for a Senior Portfolio Management Officer, within CIDO.
The role holder will facilitate and drive improvement initiatives across multiple delivery disciplines within CIDO, ensuring adherence to best practice. Working in close collaboration with the distributed PMO teams and delivery communities (all levels) to establish and implement the minimum CIDO metrics needed to assess progress, including minimum Data Standards, centralised Delivery Framework, Jira.
The Senior Portfolio Management Officer helps ensure the focus is on the ‘right work’, overseeing continuous improvement and early feedback on current initiatives at a macro level helping the Portfolio Leadership Team to make the necessary adjustments to meet its targets. The Senior Portfolio Management Officer, supports coordination across the portfolio’s, maintaining alignment between strategy and execution, and supporting continued operational excellence.
This is a permanent part-time (21 hours a week) role.

    About you

    You’ll have proven knowledge of delivery control frameworks e.g. Risk Management, Dependency Management and Delivery Frameworks. Extensive experience of process analysis, definition, and documentation, having worked within Scaled Agile Framework and/or other agile delivery.
