Description:

Realty and Asset Management is a unique owner focussed department within Accor Apartments and Realty. With over 100 properties under management, Realty and Asset Management oversees the negotiation and management of all agreements in place with Owners, Body Corporates and Owners Associations in the Accor Apartments and Realty portfolio.
Purpose
As Senior Portfolio Manager, based at FV By Peppers in the heart of Fortitude Valley, you will take the helm directing our Property Management Teams and the Residential Property Management Brisbane portfolio. Your responsibilities extend to meticulously reviewing and skilfully implementing residential property management procedures that align seamlessly with the Residential Tenancies Act.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for all trust accounting functions, diligently upholding compliance with legislative and licensing prerequisites
  • Deliver comprehensive end-of-month financial reports, covering revenue, expenses, payroll, arrears, and vacancy rates with meticulous detail
  • Craft and execute strategies for enhancing customer acquisition and retention to drive success
  • Recruitment for Property Managements Teams & act as a mentor, offering guidance to nurture the growth of property management team members

Skills and Experience

  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
  • Sound knowledge of legislation
  • Established history of enhancing conversion and retention rates
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in using RP Data or Price Finder CMA software & confident with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using Console Cloud or other Property Management Software is beneficial
  • Competence in managing Residential Tenancy Disputes, including handling insurance claims, lodgement procedures, and representing cases at the Administrative Tribunal, as required by the specific state’s regulations
