As Senior Portfolio Manager, you will take pride in managing your portfolio with a professional and customer centric approach, as you build strong relationships with both the internal team and external clients:

• Overseeing the general operation of a portfolio of investment properties
• Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Overseeing and mentoring a Portfolio Manager
• Providing sound, knowledgeable advice and guidance to our clients
• Promptly resolving property management issues
• Coordination of ingoing and outgoing inspections in accordance with company and statutory requirements
• Providing advice to landlords and tenants about rental market trends
• Preparing and delivering submissions to the Tenancy Tribunal
• Adhoc requests to support your portfolio, team and the BW business.
