Our opportunity
As the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will create a work environment and culture that not only strives for high performance but also embodies the Mirvac values. Drive value creation and work closely with the investment fund teams to deliver on their strategies

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor and provide direction to a high-performing team, with strong levels of engagement, retention and cross business collaboration.
Drive strong engagement with all key stakeholders internal and external) and cultivate a customer centric culture.
Provide leadership to the portfolio management team and develop their strengths, skills and knowledge.
Champion the consistent application of the key Mirvac values, leading by example and promoting a high-performing environment.
To drive, lead and deliver sustainable and profitable performance of the asset(s) within your portfolio.
Accept accountability for and ensure achievement of the Strategic Asset Plan including financial performance.
Obtaining and reviewing market information and relevant research, including identifying and responding to trends in the markets - updating forecasts and strategy accordingly
Optimise the profitability of your asset portfolio through identification of business initiatives and efficiencies and assist the national team with implementation.
Effectively manage and oversee performance of the team to achieve objectives.
Manage and oversee the implementation of the 10-year asset management plan for each of the properties in your portfolio.
Your point of difference
10+ years previous experience in the Property Industry, with preference for Development and Asset Management specific experience.
Development and Asset Management experience with demonstrated successful outcomes.
Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship management skills
Prior experience in operating a business P&L
Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of the office sector and retail property experience.
Project management and risk management expertise
Experience in negotiating Agreements for Lease and complex commercial lease structures.
Strong time and resource management skills
Ability to set and drive customer centric strategy for a portfolio of assets and achieve measurable outcomes.
Strength in analytical and report writing skills.
Commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Organised and self-motivated and have an ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.
An ability to lead innovation and support change.
