What you can achieve with us
- Managing innovative equity investment strategies that aim at achieving superior risk-adjusted returns by aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Facilitating radicant’s wealth management activities to deliver a dual return
- Work together with the sustainability experts to ensure alignment of investments with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Use quant-based techniques such as portfolio optimisers and risk factor models to construct portfolios
- Combine sustainability data with financial data to identify attractive investment opportunities
- Make sure that the investment strategies are managed according to internal and external investment guidelines
- Perform reporting and administrative tasks across radicant’s Portfolio Management activities
- Report investment risk and performance within radicant’s investment governance
- Support communications with investment insights
What you bring to the table
- University degree in finance or economics, CFA or equivalent
- Five years’ experience with equities in an asset management firm or bank
- Experience in bond portfolio management is a plus
- Deep knowledge of investment processes and financial risk models
- Thorough understanding of business model and cashflow analysis
- Good grasp of sustainability data, sustainability challenges and opportunities
- Strong data handling and portfolio management systems skills
- Detail-oriented work attitude with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Empathetic leadership style with a can-do attitude
- Good-humored interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and collaboration
- Fluency in both English and German
