What you can achieve with us

• Managing innovative equity investment strategies that aim at achieving superior risk-adjusted returns by aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
• Facilitating radicant’s wealth management activities to deliver a dual return
• Work together with the sustainability experts to ensure alignment of investments with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
• Use quant-based techniques such as portfolio optimisers and risk factor models to construct portfolios
• Combine sustainability data with financial data to identify attractive investment opportunities
• Make sure that the investment strategies are managed according to internal and external investment guidelines
• Perform reporting and administrative tasks across radicant’s Portfolio Management activities
• Report investment risk and performance within radicant’s investment governance
• Support communications with investment insights

What you bring to the table

• University degree in finance or economics, CFA or equivalent
• Five years’ experience with equities in an asset management firm or bank
• Experience in bond portfolio management is a plus
• Deep knowledge of investment processes and financial risk models
• Thorough understanding of business model and cashflow analysis
• Good grasp of sustainability data, sustainability challenges and opportunities
• Strong data handling and portfolio management systems skills
• Detail-oriented work attitude with strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Empathetic leadership style with a can-do attitude
• Good-humored interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and collaboration
• Fluency in both English and German
