Location: Sheffield / Hybrid Working
(Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week)
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible for the management of the portfolio administration process for the Future Fund portfolio of equity investments and overseeing the team responsible for delivering the process. The role involves managing the delivery of the processes and providing operational support to the Product team in line with policies, external statutory guidance and industry best practice, working closely with key stakeholders including investment and central teams.
Key aspects of the role will include overseeing the insourcing and implementation of the portfolio admin process from an external counterparty, embedding the BAU process as part of the wider Middle Office to oversee the ongoing support of the portfolio and continuously improving the insourced process and aligning to wider Portfolio Operations processes.
With experience of working in Financial Services/fund operations you will be able to demonstrate successful project delivery experience and good data analysis, interpretation and judgement skills. Knowledge and experience in designing systems and processes is also essential as is the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and manage team relationships.
