The ideal candidate will be: Must be board certified - UKBA(certified) and regulated by the UK-SBAs registerAble to oversee all clinical interventions and resources within the serviceAble to plan and lead workshops and therapeutic groups Work in partnership with schoolsProvide training and support to schoolsProvide clinical supervision to Band 5,6 and 7 staffProvide learning and development opportunities for the whole team Offer a consultation service to other MHSTsContinue to develop and evolve the serviceAssess and manage risk and safeguardingAble to establish and maintain effective inter-agency and inter-team communicationTo provide specialist assessment, intervention, advice and consultation on CYPs care to colleagues, professionals from other agencies and to other non-professional carers.Able to maintain a high degree of professionalism when working in settings where there is a highly emotive atmosphere.Flexible in their approach and have resilience under pressureAble to work both in a team environment and autonomousl
