While people will always be at the heart of our Society, we also recognise the increasingly powerful role data will play in our future success. As we grow, we’re continuing to strengthen our BI capabilities and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Power BI Developer to join the Data Office.
The person in post will play a key role in engaging with business stakeholders to understand their requirements in context to business intelligence, designing and developing high performing meaningful data products. Through the collection, processing and interpreting of large and complex datasets, the Senior BI Developer will apply analytical techniques to generate impactful and meaningful visualisations, actionable insights and present these to the business.
The Senior Power BI Developer will also help lead the development of the central BI team which will be responsible for Dashboard Development Lifecycle, Power BI Guild for BI developers, business superusers and users, Power BI training workshops, PBI Design Authority, Semantic Layer Optimisation and assurance and validation of business user developed dashboards.
