As Senior Practitioner/Accommodation for Shared Lives you have the opportunity to support a team in delivering high quality support to adults and Shared Lives Providers.
You have the opportunity to shape a CQC Registered service which strives for continuous improvement. Based in Hastings you will manage a team of Shared Lives Officers providing high quality supervision.
Using your knowledge of frontline practice, confident decision making, understanding of key legislation and departmental procedures you will ensure good practice to achieve outcomes for adults living in Shared Lives.
Using your communication and negotiation skills you will develop and maintain networks with partners to include Shared Lives Providers.
